At Maison Pageault, your peace of mind matters as much as your experience.
All transactions on our website are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways that meet the highest international security standards.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following methods of payment:

  • Shop Pay / Shopify Payments : for Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay  

  • PayPal – pay securely using your PayPal balance or linked bank card.

  • Gift cards or discount codes issued by Maison Pageault (when available).

All payments are processed in euros (€). If your card uses another currency, the total will be converted automatically by your payment provider.

Security & Encryption

Your personal data and card details are transmitted securely via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
We do not store or have access to your full payment information. All transactions are handled directly by Shopify Payments and PayPal, both of which are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant the highest level of payment data security.

Fraud Protection

Every order is automatically screened by Shopify’s integrated fraud analysis.
If additional verification is needed, we may contact you before fulfilling your order to ensure authenticity.

Payment Authorization

Your payment will be authorized and captured immediately upon checkout.
If authorization fails, the order will not be processed, and you will receive an on-screen notice to update your payment information.

Installments & Wallets

Depending on your country, Shop Pay Installments or PayPal Pay Later options may appear at checkout.
These services are managed directly by their providers under their own terms and conditions.

Billing Information

Please ensure your billing details match your payment method.
Maison Pageault cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to incorrect billing information.

In Case of a Payment Issue

If your transaction is declined or you suspect any unauthorized use of your card, please contact your bank immediately.
